Across the YMCA of the Suncoast we offer Enhance®Fitness, an evidence-based group exercise program for older adults that uses simple, easy-to-learn movements that motivate individuals (particularly those with arthritis) to stay active throughout their life.

LIVESTRONG® AT THE YMCA

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA serves people affected by cancer and empowers them to reclaim their health and well being. YMCA of the Suncoast is honored to offer this program to residents of Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties. LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, has served more than 45,000 people affected by cancer at nearly 600 YMCA locations throughout the country.

Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based falls prevention program led instructor an instructor in a group setting. During the 12-week program, participants work on improving strength, mobility, flexibility and balance through the therapeutic movements of Tai Chi exercise.
