Supporting Teens with a Path to Success
Bridging the Achievement Gap (BTAG) is a free career and life skill readiness program for students in grades 7 - 12. BTAG's core curriculum is to support students academically, socially, and developmentally to be successful in their future endeavors. Free transportation and a snack or light meal are provided. The program focuses on:
- College Prep/Readiness
- Career & Goal Setting
- Financial Literacy
- Homework & Test Tutoring
- Life Skills & Professionalism

The BTAG Program Schedule
- Mondays & Wednesdays: Full BTAG programming
- Time: 1:50 – 4:30 pm
- Largo High School
- Seminole High School
- Bayside High School (Teen Parents)
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: Full BTAG programming (7th & 8th grade only)
- Time: 4 – 6:30 pm
- Seminole Middle
- Largo Middle
- Fridays: Engagement Fridays
- Time: Varies and some may require a permission slip to miss school for the day
- Business Trips
- Friday Night Lights w/Teen Talk
- Teen Nights
- Teen Dances

- Grad Series Teen Summit (4 Sessions)
- Days/Time: Saturdays, 11am - 1pm
