To become better with managing your time you must first understand how you are spending your time.  Achieving a true work life balance requires you to discover what you priorities are and should be and how to accomplish them.  This course will challenge your thought process as to what is important and should be important to you as well as provides tips and strategies to becoming better balanced.  

Lunch will be provided. There will be no cost to attend this training. This training will run from 10:00am - 2:00pm
