This training is designed for first-time supervisors, supervisors that are new to the YMCA of the Suncoast and supervisors that would just like a refresher. Supervisors of full-time and part-time status should be encouraged to attend. Material covered includes the YMCA of the Suncoast Supervisors Guide, recruitment and retention philosophies, benefits explanation and dialogue among supervisors.
Your Supervisor’s approval is required to register in ACTIVE, and each branch is responsible for enrolling staff in YMCA of the Suncoast Trainings.
