The Cause Driven Tour class prepares staff to be able to introduce and educate prospective members to the Y as a Cause-driven organization. Because first impressions are incredibly important, it is vital that prospective members see beyond the facilities and amenities and learn through their tour of the Y's cause to strengthen community and fully understand that the Y is a charitable organization that transforms lives. Prerequisites for this course include: 1. Introduction to the Y's Cause and Culture, 2. Foundations of Listen First. Participants MUST complete a Post-evaluation quiz to receive credit on transcript.
