This training is designed for first-time supervisors, supervisors that are new to the YMCA of the Suncoast and supervisors that would just like a refresher. Supervisors of full-time and part-time status should be encouraged to attend. Material covered includes the YMCA of the Suncoast Supervisors Guide, recruitment and retention philosophies, benefits explanation and dialogue among supervisors. Please bring pad and pen. Lunch will not be provided. Brown bags are welcome. Refrigerator in Association Office breakroom on first floor near conference room.
