Living Our Cause Experience is an interactive session aimed at empowering staff supervisors to lead culture building strategies in their Y and ultimately understand the role they play in creating meaningful experiences for staff, volunteers and members.

This is a workshop for those staff that have the most face-to-face time with our members, program participants, and potential members and focuses on what really matters: the heart and minds of our staff. The Y's mission and cause will be brought to life so that staff can more easily create experiences for our members that align with our cause-centered culture.  

This training is designed for first-time supervisors, supervisors that are new to the YMCA of the Suncoast and supervisors that would just like a refresher. Supervisors of full-time and part-time status should be encouraged to attend.
