Class Description:

This course helps YMCA staff develop the skills needed to create membership experiences that exceed member expectations, connect members to the YMCA mission, and advance members to their engagement and commitment to the YMCA.

Equipment Requirements:

This course will run through lunch. We will order lunch to be brought in (at your own expense) or you may bring your own lunch.

Your Supervisor’s approval is required to register in UNITY, and each branch is responsible for enrolling staff in YMCA of the Suncoast Trainings. To find the YMCA of the Suncoast classes in UNITY, search by:
