There's so much more to the Y than many people realize. From exercise to education, volleyball to volunteerism, preschool to preventive health, the Y doesn't just strengthen bodies. We strengthen communities.
This summer will be a World of Adventure for everyone in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus counties. Summer camp registration for the Y starts Saturday, March 15. The YMCA of the Suncoast offers safe and caring summer camp programs that give kids a chance to get outdoors, learn new skills and make friends.
Everyone has heard of the Y. But there's so much more to the Y than many people realize. From exercise to education, volleyball to volunteerism, from preschool to preventive health, the Y doesn't just strengthen bodies. We strengthen communities. The Y is a charity dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The first 30 days of your Y membership is the time to establish a routine in order to make a change toward a healthier lifestyle. Your journey to wellness, getting in shape or New Year plan's success needs to be designed for you and based on your current level of fitness. At the YMCA we have personal trainers and wellness coaches that will create a safe and personalized routine that fits your goals. We call it MYFIT.
More than 600 students, advisors, staff, and volunteers participated in the 57th Annual Florida YMCA Youth In Government State Assembly in Tallahassee, from February 20-22.
